I built my first website at 14. Not for a class, not because someone told me to — just because I wanted to figure out how it worked. Seven years later that curiosity became a career and a business. At 19 I was trusted with the entire marketing operation of a reclaimed wood floor company — web design, SEO, social media, photography, video, and content creation. All of it. Solo. Over the next 18 months I took their website from 1,200 monthly visitors to 5,500, built national rankings for their industry keywords, and eliminated their seasonal slowdowns entirely. For the first time in the company's history they went over a year without a single slow period. That experience taught me something most marketers learn in theory but never get to prove in practice — consistent disciplined work compounds. There are no shortcuts worth taking. Since then I've rebuilt a historic Anaheim brewery's entire digital presence from scratch, recovered a dental practice's Google-penalized domain, and helped multiple OC businesses get found by the customers already searching for them.
