My story in marketing started in 2019, when I built my first website using Wix at 14.
I was fascinated by how Amazon could organize thousands of products on one website and make them easy to find. That curiosity pushed me to start building and understand how websites work.
Over the following years, I kept refining my skills, moving beyond design to learn how people discover a business online, how search engines understand its website, and how to turn a visit into an inquiry.
At 19, I was trusted with the websites for The Vintage Wood Floor Company and its sister brands, Box Beam Collection and Antique Barrel Collection. Working inside the business gave me practical experience connecting marketing to real products, real customers, and the people behind the work.
It also revealed a gap: the visuals needed to match the quality of the craftsmanship. I invested my own time and money into photography and video equipment, learning to document everything from reclaimed wood arriving at the shop to finished installations.
Over the next two years, that work grew into a connected approach to marketing: custom websites, search visibility, original photography, and video that helps people understand what a business offers and why it matters.
Today, I bring that experience to Lugarda Marketing, working with Orange County businesses to build a stronger presence online. My approach starts with understanding the business, showing its work honestly, and making it easier for the right customers to find it and take the next step.
